This project is about creating a questionnaire in the form of a funnel. To give you some background information first: For our website, we need a questionnaire which is completely separated from the rest of the website. We link people to the funnel and the funnel is the main customer acquisition channel for us. We ultimately want to bring people into that funnel from the website and other landing pages which we build. The website is about personalized cell-phone-contract consulting. We want to offer people for either an existing contract or no contract a way to compare their plan to what we can offer (in 95% of all cases, we are cheaper than the competition). The funnel has in total 4 different paths, each path is based on a user decision either-or. Please check the attached graphic „[login to view URL]“ to understand which paths users can take. Design: The Model for the design of our funnel is this questionnaire from a German insurance company: [login to view URL] The look & feel should be exactly like in the link. Transition animations (from one step to the next): Please check the attached file „[login to view URL]“ file to see how we want the transition to look like. Data Processing: user data should be processed via Email at the end of the funnel (4 possible paths). the summary of the user input is to be sent via email to a predefined email address owned by us. Other info: The website should be SSL secured. Cookies: Is it possible to save a user´s steps using a cookie, so that a returning user does not have to start over with the questionnaire?
