prototype website for photographers (auto tagging and sharing)

i'm a student who needs to get a hand in building his prototype. the project is supposed to be build using WAMP and it will be important to write notes next to non trivial functions for example. Generally the prototype of the site will include a few screens (i already have the mock-ups and specifications),the screens need to be responsive. it will include a simple flow that's starts from a guest registering to the system by taking a selfie and inserting a few details, then after the photographer have upload photos from the event the system will be able to use the photos every guest have saved to the DB (using face recognition and maybe a QR code) in order to tag people in the pictures and send them a link to the pictures they were tagged in. there is more to the system...for further explanations i will contact you.
