I need some Graphic Design

POSITION SUMMARY Strategic Designer MJV seeks an enthusiastic and motivated candidate to assist in the initiatives of the newest office located in Atlanta, GA. The role of a strategic design requires a unique blend of real-world design thinking experience and theory. Since we are operating as a start-up, we would prefer a candidate who has graduated within the last 5 years who has strong design skills, an understanding of the innovation process, and experience with design thinking. MJV believes that a multidisciplinary team enriches the quality of our work and informs our innovative outcomes. You will be part of MJV’s international team and will have the opportunity to work alongside of people from all different cultures and backgrounds. Collaboration amongst our various offices and company-wide team is part of MJV’s work guideline. You must have experience in design thinking, strategic design, business model design, research, analysis, and prototyping and also be familiar with entrepreneurship. To work with us you need to be motivated, flexible, a team player, proactive, positive, and possess dynamic people skills. Innovation is an unpredictable field and every project is different, therefore you should be able to learn and adapt quickly and intuitively. You should also be willing to take on additional tasks and assist in the organization of our new office. KEY ACTIVITIES Helping clients to achieve their goals through creative strategy Conducting Design Thinking focused projects with human-centered approach Creating and facilitating workshops Designing business models that enhance and extend consumer experiences Designing new products, services and experiences Managing general office tasks Interacting with clients as a representative of the company ADDITIONAL SKILLS REQUIRED Teaching and coaching others Excellent listening skills An enthusiasm for learning Collaborative working skills Familiarness with technology and strong computer skills Excellent working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite We need someone to start asap. Paid job - initially we are hiring for 3 months with high potential to be extended.
