Need to forward a subpage of old website to new website

Old website is [login to view URL] by Weebly and new website is [login to view URL] by Squarespace. Looking to forward a subpage of my old website to a subpage of my new website. Old website homepage is currently forwarded with no problem through godaddy host however I cannot seem to forward the subpage out through godaddy or weebly. Looking for help to do the forwarding in the header or footer coding if thats the only way to do it - job to be completed this week if possible. As this subpage is rank highest on Google search, and its broken at the moment, so want to get it fixed asap.

Weebly doesn't support use of server side scripting languages. However what we can do is we can make the subpage to redirect to new website using client side scripting language like javascript (which weebly does support). But in order to do that we need the page to show some kind of message like redirecting you to new website as the client side scripting language will only come to action when the entire page loads.
