I need a design of my pdf /flipping digital magazine (flash/html)

i need someone who can do 2 things 1. design my pdf magazine, that is, everytthing, we just discuss the look and feel and i provide articls, and they work with me, so for that i ll need someone experienced in designing a professional looking magazine, i will later convert the magazine to a flip book using flip book publisher. That brings me to my next feature 2. after i convert the magazine to a flash flip book, i want crosswords games and puzzles 2 be embedded in it, such that a user can play the puzzles or crosswords , just like they would in a printed magazine. i will need help for about 3-5 months or evn lifetime, so i dnt want a 1 time help, i dont have a major finacial sponsor or such so i dn have a big budget, but i am a marketing expert and have a loyal audience ready 2 subscribe, and advertise so i know for sure after the first issue i will be able 2 pay my helper a lot more. here is a sample i had done click to see the magazine [login to view URL]
