Graphic Design for Beauty/Cosmetic Surgery Industry

This position is responsible for the conceptualization and implementation of design solutions that meet marketing strategies across all divisions. Design and produce marketing communication material (print and digital) - including flyers, brochures, advertisements, branding identity material, logos, email blasts, infographics, newsletters, presentations and direct mail pieces. Collaborate with marketing manager to develop creative solutions, including the development of creative ad campaigns, engaging social media content design, and effective internal employee communications Develop and maintain a consistent brand image, identity and guidelines across divisions in collaboration with Marketing Manager; ensure branding is consistently upheld through all media (fonts, overall style, etc.) Working with different divisions/departments to develop and create custom marketing collateral for specific needs - including layout designs for pitch books, offering memos, and sales presentations. Design internal corporate communications collateral - including announcements, new initiatives, employee programs and events, booklets, and newsletter. Design collateral for various residential communities across the country - i.e designing site maps, community event flyers and ads, email blasts. Conceptualize and design new logos and branding material as required for new business entities, new property acquisitions, and new development projects Pre-Requisites Requires Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications or related field. Requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in design experience, preferably in real estate industry. Must have extensive graphic design experience and capabilities and be highly proficient on ALL Strong creative, organization, problem solving and time-management skills Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Some html knowledge is helpful as well. * Must be able to apply style guides creatively while upholding brand identity * Possess strong conceptual skills, high level sense of design, layout and typography Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to turn over projects quickly and efficiently. Must be extremely detail oriented and must possess strong writing skills for all copywriting needs. Must be a highly motivated and a self-starter. Requires excellent interpersonal communication skills are imperative for this position.
