Design Images

I need a designer to create 25 different images. mostly easy images with text and nice backgrounds. At the end of job ill need psd files and assets(fonts/images). The images requirements. width: 1246px height: 552px The image needs to contain a placeholder(transparent space) that I can use to add a picture. placeholder can be at any place that the designer thinks that looks good.
