I am looking at setting up a classified website, focused on the cycling community. This initial phase is to ascertain estimated costs to develop such a site based on the following requirements. Looking at Payfast as a supported payment portal The website should be able to support a limited amount of free adverts placed by registered private sellers, with a business registration option, that provides a subscription offering of packages (two to three scaled options) for the placing of commercial ads, for example a bicycle shop advertising their show room stock. Website should support filter search by category, type of bicycle, make, model or price range. The website should also be able to support the capability of the private seller to flag, highlight or promote their ads for a nominal fee for x amount of days.
