Build me a website

MPT. Brief. The Idea for the new website would be to get a click from all services to do with Property Transfers and more. We would like to target as many services as we can within that space. We could have a list of companies that we use and continue to build on that will continue to receive our volumes of referrals provided their service is up to our expected levels. Ensuring clients have a much better chance of a good experience. Th idea of a website initially is to have a shopfront for google adds in the conveyancing space however, we want to explore as many avenues to revenue as possible. I guess the tough question is how to have people that are looking for conveyancing not skip past thinking it is a referral site in that space also. Perhaps just a click box that askes would you like a call back from one of our trusted partners or do you need advice/help with your finance ets, with a button that gets their details and what they are doing? Then we could approach people in the area about paying us a referral or have connected previously with national companies. We would include reselling certificates nationwide at first just as a manual process with hands on a keyboard. We would like to be paid for certs before we deliver them via email and have the opportunity to be paid for other things like a deposit on a conveyancing file or a section 32, so the option to take card details would be imperative. Some of the people we might target are:  Real-estate Agents  Rental Managers  Brokers  Valuers  Lawyers  Financial planners  Building and pest inspectors  Handy men  Landscape gardeners  As we discussed the name may have to change the name while potentially using MPT for the conveyancing. I think a simplistic approach would be advantages for the layout and features alike, for example, if click here links and/or text boxes with very short explanations for ease of use. It would be great to qualify as much information as possible without requesting so much that it is off-putting to the potential client.
