Arabic Language Graphic designer needed

Looking for a dedicated Graphic designer who experienced a minimum of 5 years. to do Arabic Magazine and Arabic newspaper monthly designs. the designer will be responsible for creating ads and graphics. also, the designer will be making the printing orders for flyers or business cards or brochures. we prefer someone works according to Chicago time 9am-5pm . so we can communicate better.
