Android 2D Game Design Project

We are a startup Game development studio from India. Presently we are working on an Android 2D game and have designed most of the graphics in house. After continuous development and testing of the app for nearly 1 year, we've found that we're getting tired of seeing the graphics. Our users should not feel the same even after playing for 1 or 2 years. That's why we have decided t look for fresh ideas from outside. This project is a test project to filter out the best designers who come under our budget. Successful candidate/organization will get 15+ scenes to design in the initial stage and 2-4 scenes per month every month. Details for this project. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Design a login scene for the game. Our camera size is 800x480 px in landscape mode. All design has to be in landscape mode. Login scene should contain facebook login button and guest login button. Game logo at 400x360px. Login buttons at 400x120px. Company logo at 700x100px of 90x100px size. You're free to change the size and position. This is what we're using now. For logo, you can use the word CASINO. It is a 2d card game, so there is no need of fancy elements. We used Mumbai skyscrapers in night as our theme for login page. But you're open to any other ideas. Night theme is necessary.
