Port Template to Concrete5 and Logo/Branding work

Have several graphics and design related tasks needed for a new website. The company is named devicevine. It is a mobile device management software and service company. The inspiration for the company name was the imagery of mobile devices (tablets, phones, glasses etc...) being conncted to a vine, as a grape might be attached to a grape vine. As such possible colors might include greens, purples or browns, although this is left to the artists discretion. We would like the feel to be clean, crisp, modern, and earthy/green. We would like all produced artwork made available as the layered PSD files. We need a couple adjustments made to a web template, and several graphics and icons created, with all work sharing a branded unied feeling. 1)I have purchased an HTML template package, which I will include. I need to port this to a theme for Concrete5 CMS. I need 2 templates in this theme, one a home page, and the other the deafult page. I need the CSS colors of the theme adjusted to complement the rest of the artwork (just the accent colors). I am not concrearned with the images or contents on theese pages. They just need to open in Concrete5 with the edit bar visable and the log in link at the bottom present if not logged in. We willl place the editable areas ourselves. 2) Corporate Logo - We need a corporate logo that can be used on either a light or dark background and able to scale to larger sizes. 3) Launcher icons for mobile device - I need two icons made for mobile apps. The first is for the main launcher icon for the app. The other is for a low res, glyph type image to be displayed in android status bar. These should be made avilable in sizes scalable from 32X32 up to 512X512 4) favicon for the website. Should be the same or similar to the low res glyph from #3. 5) We need five abstract backgrounds images created to be used as backgrounds in mobile apps. These should be of a common theme but varying in color and detail, examples might be the wallpapper paper backgrounds on mobile phones, especially android Kitkat or newer ubuntu linux.
