Design a Banner FOr Website 300*600

I need someone to create a 300 x 600 Banner for me for Ad Roll. Need this to be brilliant. Super professional. Not looking for someone who cannot deliver this within an hour. Will create half the milestone. Will not release any money until completion. This needs to be done within an hour. I am not looking for something super complex. Please see the attached Banner of something similiar i want. I like how this banner tells a story. And want mine similiar to this but it must be unique.
