Design & Art for a Quotes app for iPhone

We're an mobile development studio based in London, and we're looking to find an experienced and talented designer/artist to work with us on per project basis over a long period of time (more than an year). Check the app out here: [login to view URL] We're looking for someone to do a complete design re-make (+ totally new icon). Here're a few things to consider: 1. 100% original design only! 2. This is a quotes app? the design and art must be inspirational 3. The new version will have some awesome features. The thing is that if we use the current design layout, there's no place to fit them. There's no way for people to access them. Please, get familiar with 23,000 GREAT QUOTES to see how it looks and works, if possible. So, the new design must allow us to add new features (in terms of adding buttons somewhere). For example, the new version will have Top Rated quotes, Categories, ability for people to submit and rate quotes etc. 4. The design must be intuitive and easy to use. 5. Any propositions for awesome animations or other awesome stuff in regard to user interaction, are very very welcome. 6. The app will be for iPhone only (for now), so think just iPhone design. No native controls too! Everything from top to bottom must be custom art. 7. If you have a decent portfolio for similar stuff, please attach it to your bid. 8. We also will need a new icon?something totally new. Most quotes apps in the AppStore represent a book and quotes. We need something different now, something that will show people that this is a quotes app, in the same time, we need something original. Please, submit a mockup of your idea. We'll pick a winner based on the mockups, so unless you dedicate a few hours to study the app and think of new design + do mockup, please don't waste your time and ours.
