I'm looking for a designer to create a t-shirt design for a fictional band. I can provide some parts of the illustration and guidance, but I'm hoping to find someone with great Adobe Illustrator skills and a sense of the 80's to work on the design. See the attached image for a sense of the design I am looking for. Designers who can point to a portfolio of work will most likely get the job.
