Graphic Artist to re design new footer of our site - repost 2

Hello I am looking for a graphic artist designer to re design the footer of one of my clients website. At the bottom of the page is a stitch of the London Tourists sites and a wave representing our boats riding on the thames. We would like to freshen this up. It can be a drawing, photos whatever we are open to talented suggestions.
