I understood your requirement & Interesting one though. Things that we should be strong enough and to be taken care off are the schema contains parent and child elements otherwise can be compared to json key value pair elements. I have worked upon such data and tables and hence I can confidently assure you that this is doable. Then the other part is intraday loads which will update the table thrice a day I beleive. Even this we can implement and also we could maintain a audit table to show all the statistics as in how many records inserted, updated or deleted on daily basis.
