Write a Book - Specific Subject Beed of Dog

I am looking for a competent ghost writer to write a high-quality book about a specific type of dog. I will discuss this exact breed privately with anyone who I think could meet the criteria for this project. Previous experience of writing a book and in particular a pet book is helpful. You need to do all the research or write everything you know if you are familiar with the subject. I will give a list of keywords and topic suggestions to make sure you will include everything relating to those keywords in the book. The book needs to be original with completely unique content - no copying and pasting allowed from the web. Must pass copyscape test. Must have great content and practical tips and tricks. I want the book to give people more than a dry boring, factual description of the dog. I don't want them to feel they could easily have found this info themselves by surfing the web. Join forums, discussions, blogs, etc... to find out unique information that is not easily available just by browsing the web. MUST be a good informative, well structured book. Please do not bid for the job if you cannot deliver such a PROFESSIONAL book or if you have no previous experience. Total page count for the book including foreword, index, etc.... to be between 150 - 200 pages. Total word count: between 22,000 and 28,000 (or more if possible). Size of the book in Ms Word as follows: Width 15,24 cm Height: 22.86cm Header and Footer 1.25cm from edge Top, Bottom, Left and Right margins : 2cm Line Spacing: 1.0 or less Finished book size (closed and front view): 6 x 9" Typeface size: Garamond 12 or Palatino Linotype 12 or Times New Roman 12 Important: The book needs to be written in simple, friendly, easy to read and understandable language, no mumble jumble. Technical/medical terms can obviously not be avoided but when used need to be explained in easy to understand language. Pictures that you will use in the book have to be bought from stock-photo websites. Try use pictures that illustrate the specific topic you are writing about. You can position the pictures in the book and email me the links so I can purchase them or you can purchase them yourself and I will pay for them separate if required. Maximum 40 pictures in the book, size of the pictures to be maximum 1/4 or 1/2 page. Pictures should not be used as page fillers. If you do find royalty free pictures I need to see the source and the source needs to be printed underneath each pictures.
