Native/North American Writer Wanted - High Quality content

We are looking for writers in North America Only. Native English speaking writers only. I am looking for a professional writer to add to our team. I have a minimum of 30-40 articles and 1-2 sales letters per week to be done that are needed within 7 days. Articles are on a subject that can be easily researched, the topic is very widely found. Articles must adhere to these requirements: 500 word documents - These articles are to be written including all the required information and should stop normally instead of right on a 350 word mark. We want fluidity to these articles, not looking for someone that is trying to just get by with the least amount of possible work that can be done and purposely ending every article right at 350 words. If the article requires a little more effort to close it out properly, then we expect that to be done. Keyword Density of 1% (about 1 keyword/keyword phrase mentions per 100 words) $1 = 100 words ABSOLUTE correct and fluent English language. Many writers from countries outside the U.S. are notorious for this error. We will NOT accept articles that are written with missing words and poor sentence structure, numerous misspellings, improper grammar, or repetitions in subject. We will not explain what is wrong with your article either, if it is rejected for errors, you will have to find them and correct them for that is your job as the hired professional, unless you are paying us to grade your work and school you on the mistakes. Deadline must be kept....we are needing these articles in 7 days from awarding of the project. You must be able to submit articles throughout the time frame of the project so we can review them. Articles that are accepted will be paid for in groups of 10 each. We will escrow funds after the first 2 articles have been submitted so we can verify that your writing is professional and meets the qualifications. Because anybody can submit work as samples that is not theirs, we require this before we will escrow money to the account. Too many times we have come to find that a writers style of professional writing magically disappears AFTER the escrow has been made and we will not get caught up in claims and such because of anyones misrepresentation of their abilities. Copyscape needs to be 100% clear and free of copy from other sites. No works are accepted that do not meet this requirement. Dupefree rewrite work is accepted as long as it passes Copyscape and reads correctly. We will need to know the original source article and link for verification. Articles are to be written in a fashion that is instructional per the topic, the readers of these articles are expecting a "how-to" article in nature. Not a history lesson on the background of the topic and how it originated back in history. I will provide brief instruction of what I am looking for and the keywords we are looking to use. Subtitling is required to break up lengthy paragraphs. Bolding of the keywords is required in the article, no underlining. Titles of articles are to include the use of the keyword that the topic is about. Articles are to be written in a Microsoft Word document format.
