We are a cool team of international people with headquarters in Romania that work in e-commerce and with operations in Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Croatia, so we're looking for a native German to work at our new German site. For start, you will help us with the translations to German of the website then with the customer support. Main tasks will consist of discussing with the customers and solving their problems (over the phone and e-mail, and Facebook chat) + posting on social media and sometimes translating stuff. We want to have super happy customers, so we are looking for someone that is very positive and can transmit that positivity over to our customers. Working hours - 4-7 per day - from 8:00/9:00 to 15-16:00 (could be flexible in some circumstances) Requirements: You must be a dynamic and independent person, VERY ORGANIZED, hard working, having no problem working from home, capable of properly managing your own time. Past experience in e-commerce (Shopify/ customer support) is an advantage but not a requirement. You will get a test (for which you'll get paid) for the beginning then we will decide on the best candidate. To qualify for the job (and to be sure you read the full description) please answer the following questions: 1. What is 5+4? 2. What is your native language? 3. Why would you be fit for the job? 4. Are you comfortable talking on the phone with customers?

Hello, My name is Birga Weisert and I am a state-certified translator for English and German native speaker. Let's get your questions out of the way, first: 1. What is 5+4? 5 + 4 = 9 2. What is your native language? My native language is German and I am perfectly fluent in English, I am conversational in French and Italian. 3. Why would you be fit for the job? I have worked as a virtual assistant before and also used to work at the reception desk of a hotel for a while. Making customers happy is second nature to me and I always do my very best to fulfil the customers' requirements. I am a quick learner and will familiarize myself with your procedures as quickly as possible so that I can be fully operational in no time. I have worked with team communication software like Slack and e-mail like Helpdesk before and can handle all requests quickly and without delay, for sure within less than 24 hours. I am not afraid to ask questions to be able to do my job well. 4. Are you comfortable talking on the phone with customers? Also speaking to customers on the phone is not a problem, and I always strive to find a solution that makes the customer happy, while staying polite even in the most difficult situations and with very upset customers. :-) I believe that there is a solution for everything and I am very happy to learn how you deal with unhappy customers. I am looking very much forward to hearing from you! Please pick me for the job! Best regards, Birga Weisert
