Running competition multiplayer game

I need an running competition online multiplayer ( 1 vs 1 ) game for iOS and Android platforms. This game will have 3 main environments ( 3 levels ) where the players will have the commands to avoid the barricades by basic commands/animations: Fast run, Front flip, Jump over, Jumping, Run to rolling, Running, Swing to land and Wall run. Also there will be some weapons/skills which players can use against their opponent, but in order to use the weapon skill, it first needs to be picked up on random places in the environment. This will be same as in the game called "Crash CTR" where the player smashes a " ? " Box and gets a random weapon/skill. There will be 3 Weapon skills in total, and one basic skill which can be used always, but this basic skill will have its usage cooldown. So this game has its own start and end position, and the goal is to winn all 3 levels. Like I mentioned before this game will have 3x environments + 2x Intro and Outro environments. Those 2x intro and outro environments wont be playable, this will be used just as an intro/outro animations to make everything having sense. This game will have two ranking systems which are: Personal ranking system and Global ranking system. Personal ranking system will put every player on the table list on his Nr. place according to his statistics pooled out of ( Total played games, total wins, total lose and coins pickup ) And the global ranking system will put the characters in the table according to statistics of all players (calculated) This game will have in total 5x Characters: Joe Biden, Donald Trump, Barack Obama, George Bush and Bill Clinton. Also players can choose the character which they like and they can run for his favourite character to make its global ranking better. For example if a players chooses Donalnd trump and plays some number of games with him, it will take out the statistics for personal ranking and global ranking. And if later the player chooses another character it will again be used in personal statistics and personal statristics. That means if he plays Joe Biden, all the statistics are saved in global ranking for Joe Biden, and if he is playing Barack Obama that means all the statistics which he made with Barack Obama will be saved on Global ranking for Barack Obama. Also in this game we will have some fixed barricades and some animated barricades which have a goal to slow down the players. The animated barricades are the moving Vehicles. We need to put sounds in the game as well to make everything look/sound better. I will provide All the environments, i will provide the characters 3D Models, I will provide the UI design. What I need is to get all the parts animated, to develop the game and put it a live working and without bugs.
