Looking for an experienced game designer

Hello, I'm a mobile game developer. I'm looking for a professional who has good experience in designing mobiles games. I need you to redesign one of my existing game. Please take a look at the game below [login to view URL] The game is a causal game but users felt difficult in handling its controls. It failed to entertain people. I need you to develop an unique concept with causal or ultracausal gameplay (easy to understand and play), develop a monetization model, number of screens and everything that is require to redesign the game with high retention rate. It has to become additive as well. Also, please identify all the attributes why the game has failed to reach users' expectations and come up with a proper proposal. Please take two days of time if you need. Please show me your previous works. Tell me how successful they are, what is their retention rate, etc. Looking forward to hire you.
