My studio has many years of deep experience in developing mobile games and apps, especially for Android and iPhone. Please find specific answers to your questions below (note the 1500 word proposal limit):
1) 2. I was a strategy advisor to Riot Games (League of Legends) and Lead Designer on Evony Age II (most profitable FTP MMO RTS) so I know exactly what's required to create a successful game. Yes I was credited as lead designer on Evony Age II.
2) I am both a developer and designer. I have been working with this team for over 10 years now.
3) We have a good group of around 10 developers and artists who are more or less the "core team", based both here in Sydney Australia as well as Gujarat, India. We flex up and down depending on the size of the projects we are working on at the time.
4) By "flip-flops" I'm assuming you mean changes in direction in the game's design. I can't fit the details in the space allowed in the proposal but we can chat about this later.
5) 2 large indie games: Animals Ahoy and Gladius.
6) If you mean for the game itself, we use Unity a lot these days.
7) The Doom series, the Quake series, the Age of Empires Series, DayZ, No Man's Sky - too many to name. I play a lot of games :)
