Need a pixel algorithm in C# that distorts an image of a face making it fat, basically by bloating cheeks, chin, neck and some other areas of the face. Must look natural fat. More detailed specifications: - Code must be all managed and no use of 3rd party dlls. - Input canvas size would be about 400x400 pixels. - Face will always be forward looking (no side/angle). - Fattening effect is applied to key areas of the face which are calculated by the position/distribution of eyes, mouth and chin.
