1. Project background introduction The main purpose of the project is to let local users in the United States understand our products, make an appointment for an installer to visit the house to measure the size of the house, inspect the house materials, and draw the basic house plan and house structure. 2. Project description The overall project requires three products/platforms: Product website, which mainly introduces product advantages, government preferential policies, offline service network information, and submits appointment installation master information; Data collection and The distribution system is responsible for collecting user information, managing registered installation masters, service data analysis, matching users with the closest installation master, and calculating the installation update price; the installer application terminal, used to accept user order information, upload user house space information and electricity bill, installation process and post-installation information. 3. Business Process Users enter the website, browse products and preferential policies, and submit basic information, such as name, address, telephone number, electricity bill, available on-site service time, etc. According to the user's information, the data system inquires the qualified installer and dispatches the order to its application terminal. The installer receives the user's information and calls to determine the location and time of visit. Upload the measurement data on the day of the service and attach the user's signature to confirm. Inform users of the expected replacement price and preferential price.
