Create a poster (web only)

Willing to pay up to £50 - please read description and you'll see there's not too much work to do. We require a poster for a triathlon technique clinic, approximately 1024 pixels wide by 768 pixels high. We have a basic template we like from Adobe stock - please see project images (.avi format can be provided which should save a massive amount of work). Works needed are two fold: 1) creating a graphic of a triathlete putting on some swimming goggles, we've included a picture of something similar we'd like, but we would like the illustration to be less photo realistic. We're thinking of an almost superhero vibe to the illustration, where putting their goggles on is almost similar to superman exposing the 's' on his chest, with the triathlete looking up to the sky. We're thinking from waist line up, so it's only the top half of the triathlete you can see. Must be scale-able/illustrator format. Colour palate wise: we'd like to stick to what will match the poster theme, so whites and pastels. 2) Secondly, creating/replacing text on the template so that we can edit to suit our needs. At the moment, the text is not editable. Finally: any fonts used, illustrations created etc etc must be included in the final delivery of the poster and all royalties given to us so that we can use the images for commercial promotion of our business. Final format for the poster must be in Adboe InDesign (illustrator is fine for graphics, but final poster must be InDeisgn). Milestones: 1) Major one after illustration of triathlete is completed and we're happy with it. 2) Minor one / final one after text is editable and we're happy with the fonts. We're genuine people, so please only bid if you're a genuine designer happy to do two quick jobs (well, 'quick' for those with the talent - hence why we're here asking for help!). Many thanks!
