Template Conversion

Hi I am after a very creative, and I mean very creative designer to be able to convert some templatres for me into desired websites with the theme that i give you. I am not after a full website, all i need is the front page to be very creative flashy and attractive and then one extra template page which should be fairly empty. So what i want: 1. Main front page (very creative, full bells and whistles) 2. When I used to do this it would take me 6 hrs, but i am not a natural designer. A condition for bidding is that you must show me a template that you have ripped and converted into another site, this is how i will judge the person i choose, if you cannot show me examples DO NOT BID!!! I hope my new designer is out here somewhere :)
