Simple Flash / Action script app (clone)

This is repost of project that I didn't finished. Problem was maybe that I wasn't described exactly what I need so bidders were confused. Now I will explain with all details, so please read careful and look at attachment, everything is VERY simple. I know flash/action script, but this is part of larger job that I want to outsource to cut time for project end. What I need? -simple flash/action script app, that involves image manipulation What I am providing? -all design for app , so all images ,buttons designed etc What you need to do? - you are bidding for PROGRAMMING part of job, to make functionality that I will now describe What I can provide on your demand ? - I can even provide you pieces of code for mostly of task described here, from mine other applications or open source so you will have help of that kind -I also can you provide SWF of app that looks exactly same, so that may help too (this is clone of application) YOU WILL DELIVER? - application compiled - and SOURCE CODE DETAILS of YOUR JOB -> what you need to do (look at attached image filename "[login to view URL]" everything will you much more easy to understand): (this is literary described option by option that app need to have) * - when user start app, first screen (not this in attachment) offer him just 2 options: 1) to upload picture from PC 2) to capture image from web cam * - after that, we are going to main app screen (in attachment) and loading that image into PANEL A (look at attached image) * - in panel B will be loaded PNG images from location on hard disk (vector) * - user can drag and drop with mouse any of images from Panel A to Panel B (overlap) * - When user drag and drop image from Panel B to Panel A, he can dropped image to: move, scale,rotate * - when user is satisfied with overlapped image from panel B dropped to panel A, he can SAVE as new image or PRINT that image * - users also can directly made this operations on image in panel A: draw free line (brush or something), erase that free line, write some text over image, rotate (per 90 degrees) * - in panel A tools (bottom on sketch) user will have option to blur,opacity,zoom and brightness image in panel A * - functionality of "toolbar 14 buttons" that you can see on sketch will see on next screens (on ap that I want to clone) IMPORTANT: It is very important to understand that I want conned/rewrited APP, I can reverse this myself but that would be breaking of copyright and that is why I am looking for coder to REWRITE / CLONE this app. After you understand what I am looking for you can look at files "[login to view URL]" or so called INTRO screen and "[login to view URL]" so called APPLICATION MAIN SCREEN If you have any questions about functionality feel free to PM. Don't try like some coders in my first post to bid with lower price and then to call me on skype to tell me that price is 5x higher. I want JOB DONE COMPILED and SOURCE CODE (that is full job) For coder that win, if i found that satisfied all quality and other requirements (that know a job and is honest) will be a lot more jobs. Also, for many functions as i said I can send you piece of code that works, so you could combine, but suppose who works with flash / action script already have own libraries of code.
