Dear All,
I need a VBA macro that pulls the Zillow (zestimate) estimate of a property from Zillow .com.
I have a spreadsheet (with multiple rows) that contains home addresses in the U.S.:
A - Street Address
B - City
C - State
D - Zip code (7 digits, not 7+4)
E - Zestimate (this is what I need you to provide)
I do have sample project which was completed few months/years ago, I believe API was changed on [login to view URL] so it has stopped working... could use fix as well.
I need someone to program a macro or otherwise to populate the Zillow Zestimate home value that I can use on my own term, unlimited times.

i think i am going to fix the API.
i am a very good developer and i worked on many VBA projects .
also it will be flexible as much as you expect. you will change the map get a link hit GO and you will have all the info in a very nice excel sheet
Seems like an easy put the value at the form, and then push the button via script then take the result example.
With tests it would take about one hour and for one hour 20 USD seems fair.

I have a long experience creating vba macros for the microsoft office suite from both a job in a business development position and freelancing. Excel macros that communicate with web pages and APIs were a main part of several projects that I finished this year.
I think I can solve this task for you by adjusting your existing macro and making modifications where you need them. I just had a quick look at the Zillow API documentation and if you have an account there I could start with the project today.
I will get a zpid for the address from the search result api and then get a zestimate for that zpid.

If you have ZWSID code for this API, by default only 1000 API calls allowed per day, unless you passed Zillow audit and got higher limit.

If you can send me the existing project I'm sure I could get your zillow webservices id from that and do some testing and get it working.
