PYQT Advanced Application

I have an excel spreadsheet that needs to be converted to a Python software solution. I have designed the user interface for the programme and detailed all of its core functions in a presentation and Python UI file. Included is the Print template required for the programme, an excel sheet that shows all the functions that need to be replicated in the Python solution and a GUI to help make the software. All the data inputed to the Python programme needs to be saved to a CSV file (or similar) and be imported back into the programme when further editing is required.
