The data can then manipulated in a format that could be analysed to your needs, and exported, even emailed, straight from excel. To accompany this, I created a dynamic dashboard linked to the database which displayed key metrics, KPI achievements, and could be altered by the user. Reports could be saved as PDF's or documents and emailed or saved to drive in whatever folder they selected.
