I am working in IT industry for more than 5 years and we use MS-Excel on a daily basis. we prepare such reports almost daily, where we have to map a user data from different excel files or tabs. I believe we can do this using excel formulas to lookup data. It would be easier if both the files have a common field, in your case if SKU is present in both the files, it will make it easier to manage.
