Long-Term R and Excel VBA Coder Needed for Economic Modeling

We're looking for an R coder, preferably with some Excel VBA coding knowledge as well, to build economic models. Most importantly, the person is adept at building models in R and wrapping in a Shiny app. The types of modeling experience (economic, health economic, econometric) can be varied as the knowledge of coding models is the most important experience. Ideally, we'd like a long term, full-time person who can come into the office (based in Los Angeles, CA) at least twice per week. The job will mainly entail building economic models (cost-effectiveness / Markov, cost-consequence, value-based pricing) in Excel and R.
