Set up a new Access database and download selected XBRL formatted (tagged) data from US Securities and Exchange Commission website into the database. --Only quarterly data that has been reported on the Form 10-K, for each quarter from 1st Qtr, 2010 to 1st Qtr, 2018 is to be downloaded. --Columns (fields) will need to be set up for each of the concepts listed on the attached Excel spreadsheet and only this data is needed. --The 10-K Information from each company will be listed as a record --Design a Data Entry Form in Access to download future quarterly information into the Access database --Location of the data is: [login to view URL]
