Should take between 20-60mins for a experienced Coder.. Therefore budget is between $10-$45 Create Libreoffice Macro to delete all but needed columns in .CSV by looking at column header, then remove all "[" "]" Characters from .CSV. e.g "Mobile Number" [+6143756564] Also delete all ROWS that contain a duplicate mobile number. Mobile number needs + symbol at beginning to match with current database. Next. In one column with header "SMS Sent" delete all but last character in cells. The last character will be an Emoji icon which not a standard character so CSV will need to be opened with UTC-8 settings applied. what is left remaining will basically be the last SMS sent to each unique mobile number, displaying only the last character which will be an emoji icon which we will use as an tracking device to update the status of communication with customer via SMS.

I know I'm bidding a bit more, but I believe the quality of my work is worth it.
