Modify report creating macro to include new survey type

This project is being posted with the intent to offer to Uriel Octavio B as a follow-up to a past project. Hello again! I wanted to reach out to see if you were interested in revising or adding to the macro you created for me a couple of months ago. We have a new survey that we are sending now and would like to automate the creation of the report. The finished look will be the same as the other reports you worked on. And the survey itself will be very similar in format and question type to the "Kick-Off" type survey that you worked on (meaning that none of the questions change from survey to survey). We subtracted a question, modified the language in a couple of questions, and added some different categories in the numerical ranking questions. Other than that, the task and desired output should be the same. Desired time frame to complete is about 7-10 days. Let me know what you think and if you want to talk it over. I put what I thought was a fair price based upon being able to reuse the existing code and learning curve, but I'm open to discuss.
