Essential Functions: • Project Manager Procore and Support Program and Project teams as needed and necessary • Work with Program and Projects teams to ensure timely and accurate updates and data • Assist with other Procore platforms and data • Procore Management and coordination of Company and Project level services • Project Creation • Data Entry • Company and Project Directories • Company and Project Documents • Creation of workflows and distribution lists • Assist the Project team throughout the project life cycle on RFI's, Punch Lists, and KPIs • Assist with and manage other Procore related tasks • Estimating • Takeoffs • Field workers management • Timesheets Qualifications: • Two years of professional experience with an Engineering/Program/Construction contractor • Experience with Procore and the different products within the system. It is a must. • Strong communication skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Whom this may concern, Please let me introduce myself and detail why I think I will be good at this position. I have worked with Procore previously and the list of functions you require is a site admin/estimator. My strengths are project management, data entry, estimation and take offs. In my job I also manage labour timesheets, keeping up to date directories of subcontractors on site, procurement lists, plant lists and invoices for payment. Qualifications: I have 7 years experience working as a site based quantity surveyor beginning as a junior and now to a project surveyor. I have worked with Procore for 3 years and also a different platform called Zutech, in terms of uploading drawings, technical submittals and photos. As a quantity surveyor dealing with clients and subcontractors face to face is a daily task for me and communication is not an issue. I am proficient with Microsoft Office programmes.
