I need low cost Franchisees for any type of cleaning in London, UK

My name is Stefan I represent big company for cleaning in London on Franchise basics, I can offer 150-200 GBP per lead that sign with us and start work. The people need to be fluent in English to have Driving license and to be able to invest in their equipment (car, machines, chemicals etc.) 1000-1500 GBP. Each team need to be from 2 ppl, preferably male+female
