Homeowner in need of an engineering report proving that the hail damage on cement board siding of the home is in fact hail damage, if it is. Insurance company agreed to hail damage on rear of building but not left side. They were both hit by hail. It's the same type of damage on both sides but they are giving a hard time without authoritative proof. an Engineers determination will fix the problem.
