Convert VB6 code to Freescale Firmware

I need the calculations of a VB6 project performed in Freescale Firmware, micro MCU 8BIT 128K FLASH 64-LQFP . Part number on chip is: MC9S08DZ128 CLH 2M78G In the project files I've attached are some Freescale code with input and output via USB, calculations, and displaying results on the LCD display. I've also attached the VB6 code I need duplicated. When you start the project by clicking on the "Do Calculations" button, a browser window opens up. Pick the data file "July 1 cam [login to view URL]" and the calculations are performed and displayed in the VB6 project. First the VB6 reads in all data from the file, which somewhat repeats every 150-400 data points or so. Then it searches for just 1 of the cycles to perform calculations on. Which cycle and criteria to choose just 1 cycle is hard coded into the VB6 code. This part is not needed in the Freescale firmware. What is needed is the calculations in the routines FindCamEvents and CurveFit. What I'm looking for is for the Freescale to accept the data of the "July 1 cam [login to view URL]" file and display the results. Ideally, this would be by reading the data via USB. An example of this communication is in the VB6 project under the button "Send Command..." Another method would be to hard code in the data into the firmware. For output, you can display Some results on the LCD screen (not all results are needed), or send the results back via USB. Another worker who is not as familiar with VB6 will take your firmware and incorporate it into a different project. I'm open to sending you a freescale board with LCD screen.
