We are a specialized company in responding to customer queries not sending ads randomly. We encountered a problem that when we reply to our customer questions via email, the messages not arrive to inbox and they are classified as spam without any justified reason even that we contacted them before. We need someone expert in emails and have good knowledge in the procedure of classification of spam emails for many providers of email service. We also want to know how to deliver the email directly to the Inbox not Spam Box, especially in Hotmail.
