Good morning, The prospect or consulting for you on the launch of your webshop looks extremely interesting. The first question I would have is: how hands on would you like the consulting to be? Would you like the emails to be written for the campaign / would you like advice on sequencing of emails / are you looking for specific hands on work / more top line thinking? Some things to consider for your launch: - Where are your leads coming from - do you have social media channels to collect emails currently / is it a bought list / is it from a previous product? - What is the product/what is the value of the product. This will change the detail of the emails. - What is the size of your list? All of these factors will affect how you will treat the list, for example how many emails you send / how you sequence the emails / the style of the emails / the calls to action. I have written emotive sales pages previously - you can see an example in my portfolio. Something to do right away would be to segment the list - you could do this with a free offer to the entire list with an additional sign up. Those that sign up will be more engaged and can be sent a more in depth sequence of emails - those that don't can be sent a more basic sequence. This can also be useful for predicting revenue. It's difficult to go into too much detail without knowing everything about the webshop and how you have collected the email addresses. I would love to discuss this in more detail.
