Hi, I am a tinkerer, maker, software engineer (regular occupation), circuit designer up until manufacturing. I am mostly working for the industry particularly where innovative solutions/advises are required. I like to work with challenging projects requires multi-disciplinary solutions from hardware to software including well-documenting the process. Basically I have can-do mentality so, everything is possible in my vocabulary. From what you listed in terms of familiarities, to be honest, more or less I am interested in majority of them although some are not in depth. But I am pretty quick learner. I have quantified (0...10) my familiarities on the subjects based on my hands-on practice; Motion Control: 8 Motion/temperature sensors: 10 Machine vision: 5 (Used Raspberry Pi for my kids) PLC Ladder Logic/Relay Logic: PLC OK but not Ladder Logic Arduino: 10 CNC-Gcode: Not much Robot Operating Systems: Not really with OS but communcation base via PLC signals. ICs: 10 (Integrated circuits) Servo motors:10 Linear bearings: Not really 3D Printers: 8 (As user and as programmer) Lathes: Not really Note that: I am mostly available from noon your time till your evening time. Hi, Your project seems to be quite interesting. I would like to share that I have experience working on different technologies you demand in different projects. Following are some relevant projects I have executed: - Speed control of Stepper Motors and Brushless DC motor via Mobile App. ESP32 was used as WiFi interface and to drive stepper motor controller. STM32 was used to perform FOC (field oriented control) of BLDC. ESP32 and STM32 controllers communicate via UART. This project also involved regular monitoring of Humidity and Temperature. - Thermal Imaging for passenger counting. This project involved integrating AMG8833 and mlx9060 Thermal imaging modules interfaced with ESP8266 to post passenger count data to cloud via REST APIs. I will look forward to a further discussion over this opportunity. I would also like to know in which city are you located.
