We have an existing online form for customers to fill in and we need it moved to our new website. We need it to work exactly as it does now but we need the exact same form and the same functionality on the new website which we are launching in the next few days. The form has three steps to it and when customers complete the final step it emails the form to our inbox and takes the customers to a thank you page. The form must work on desktops, mobiles and tablets.
