HI Requires design insolation tester ( megger) of 500v to automatedly test cable with 16 wires. ** please see the attached block diagram Develop the tester ( like megger tester ) with ORCAD ( HW diagram), with all the components that can be found in digikey/mouser. Discretion: 1. 16 wire are connected to the tester board. 2. Your insolation design controlled by microchip pic 33 (MCU). 3. It required to control by the MCU : a. Which wire to test b. Volts to test ( 30-500 V). c. MCU shpuld read the insolation Results in volts to calculate (Mohms resistance). (High voltage protection- for the MCU - is needed in case of shortcuts between the wires.) ** using multiplexer if preferred ( if not possible to test with 500V , I can consider testing up to 250V ) you supply all the source files.
