HEart Rate Wristband

Im building a wristband heart rate monito, i woul like to use PPG but as you may know measuring the blood flow on the wrist is very difficult because of the external noise, there are many factors involves trying to measure the heart rate on the wrist, the first one is the ambient light, muscle signals, tisue signalas and the most important the movemente signal.. this wristband will be used for people who is always in movement, so we need to reduce the noise produced by the movement also or i dont know... i let you here these files you can check, the one calle "good" is a very insteresting article, i think it has all the information but i didnt get that because im not as good in electronics. On the document you will find all the electronics schematics, so maybe you can bring them all together and do just an schematic that will work for this application.. also there is another concept called analog Front End, does this Ic called AFE4400 does the same thing as the document that im ataching?
