We are looking for designers who can make e-learning videos for us based on the voice over provided by us. We don't want too much animation but just picking the right background images and icons to align the text in the video. This is an on going assignment so please consider cost effective budget while quoting. also share sample videos along with offer for faster evaluation and decision making. final output has to be a video file. inputs will be provided in form of voice over audio files, topic and text used for voice over.
