Directories/sites for Personals, Autos, Jobs

I have a website that promotes three things - online dating service (like [login to view URL], Yahoo personals), Used Car Search (like [login to view URL], autotraders) and Jobs (like HotJobs, Monster). For the purpose of search engine optimization, I want to submit my website to as many related online directories as possible for each of the above three categories. This question is not hard and is perfect for online experts to find out as many as possible directories or any web sites that we can submit our website to (ane be listed). I want at least 100 sites for Personals, 20 sites for Autos and 50 sites for Jobs. Please pre-screen those sites that you give to me - I only want sites that do take submissions and are relevant. The Second part of the project is to actually contact all the sites to include my website. Follow up with all the sites to make sure they have done that.
