Define Software and Hardware Requirements to Create Video Lessons

Greetings: I need help in defining hardware and software requirements to create math and verbal video lessons (eLearning) in Arabic for a website. We are creating a website in which online courses will be delivered to help high school students prepare for tests. All the courses will be in Arabic. Tests will include quantitative (math) and verbal (Arabic language) sections. Each course will include a number of video lessons, similar to this one: [login to view URL] The instructors who will create the video are computer literate, meaning that they can use Microsoft office, but are not very proficient in using specialized software. The format of the video is that a question or a concept will be typed in Arabic in the screen, and then the instructor will solve the problem or explain things further by adding shapes or handwritten notes by an input device. In this project, I expect someone to identify all viable options for each software or hardware with the price, advantages, and disadvantages; then suggest the best option for us and the rationale behind his choice. For example, identify three laptops and then suggest the optimal one for our purpose and provide the rationale. 1. Laptop – to create, record, and edit video lessons. a. Identify different laptops with price, advantages, disadvantages, specifications, and then recommend one. b. It should have Windows operating system 2. I have included a few options for each software or hardware but suggest other options. The total budget for all the software and hardware is USD 5,000. Expected Deliverables: • Identify all viable options for each software or hardware, in addition to the ones I have listed here. • Provide price, advantages, and disadvantages for each choice. • Suggest other software or hardware that can be of any use. • You can recommend something that is outside our budget, but provide strong rationale. • We should be able to choose all software and hardware requirements based on the document.
