Hello there ^^ I'm delphi software developer ^^ well I used to deal with delphi since version 7 till the current one for now 10.3 Rio , well i used to create Client-server Applications using either delphi built-in objects like indy or WIN API or any other third party ^^ anyway we will create a server and assigne a port to listen to and all clients will connect to that adress and do all what u asked for ^^ just give me the green light and I will do my best ^^ best regards
